Hist by C.J Dennis
Hist is an interesting poem that my classmates and I thoroughly enjoyed listening to.
It has a line that it repeats every paragraph and rhymes all the time and is a clever piece of writing by C.J Dennis.
It pulled me in 100% by its clever rhymes and continuous story. It has some detailed information. It describes the wind, coldness and air.
The artistic poetry used in this amazing piece of writing is in my opinion recommended for children or adults in or over stage three as it has moderately hard words and many children below that age would not understand the poem.
